Thrive Therapies Group provides results-driven therapies and related services to children with diverse needs, removing barriers to academic achievement and well-being.
Every child is gifted with unique talents and strengths. Every child can, wants to, and will learn as the result of the adults who champion them.
All children belong. It’s the responsibility of service providers, schools, and communities to create safe, diverse, inclusive, and equitable spaces. Learning, growth, and healing begin with connection.
We are accountable for results. As educators and service providers, we hold ourselves accountable to drive positive outcomes for every child.
At Thrive Therapies Group, we believe:
-
Our experienced team of experts collaborate with school staff, families, and students to develop treatment plans that efficiently and effectively address every student’s unique need. Intervention, treatment, exceptional education - these are not destinations. Students should be on a path to achieve goals and exit treatment, giving them more time in class to achieve academically among peers. Put simply, it’s our job to get results for schools, which means all children thrive.
-
Our partner schools are setting a new bar for academic excellence and should expect the same from related service providers. Not only do we help schools drive results, we provide robust data across a range of outcomes across exceptional education and school performance. We provide partners with performance comparisons across partner schools, districts, and cities. Partner schools can use these data for internal and external reporting and strategic decision-making.
-
Thrive maintains a steadfast belief in transparency - both in the investment schools make in children, and in the results we get for our partners. As part of our intake process, we work with schools and districts to determine what they need and provide a comprehensive package and transparent annual rate that doesn’t change. We, ourselves, have led schools and managed multi-million dollar budgets, navigated uncertain funding scenarios, and received ever-evolving and escalating invoices for services. We bring ease, predictability, and transparency, thus reducing schools’ costs and placing high-return investments in what’s most important - students.
-
Managing the range of specialized services is burdensome on school staff and drains resources. We manage all services for our partners including comprehensive needs assessments, treatment planning and coordination, interpretation and translation, scheduling, family education, data analytics and reporting. Management of services isn’t an add-on expense; it’s an important part of what we do.
-
Families are partners in service delivery, and we treat them as such. Thrive providers communicate regularly with our students’ families to share progress toward goals, offer support for practice and interventions at home, and respond to questions or concerns that arise during treatment. In partnership with schools, we offer family education and workshops on a range of treatment and service topics with options for parents to become peer mentors within the Thrive Parent Network.
-
Thrive providers are partners with school staff, collaborating on how to best meet the needs of students and classrooms. We offer recommendations on the integration of what students are working on in therapy to the classroom setting so instruction can further accelerate students’ growth. Thrive also offers professional development on therapy-related topics as we’ve found most school staff are eager to learn more about unique needs.
